I will be using the WT's Kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek Scriptures (KIT). You can download a Free PDF copy of the KIT here. Below is Colossians 1:16-17 from the KIT. The large left-hand column contains the GOD BREATHED, Holy Spirit inspired manuscripts. The narrow right-hand column contains the efforts of a translation committee to put into readable English the GOD BREATHED manuscripts.
Question #1. Which side has the correct translation of Colossians 1:16-17? On the God Breathed side, "Jesus created all things," OR on the Readable English side, "Jesus created all other things." Choose you this day: God breathed OR man rendered? Who will you believe: God OR man?
Question #2. Which side has the correct translation of John 14:14? On the God Breathed side, "You can pray to Jesus," OR on the Readable English side, "You cannot pray to Jesus but you can pray in the name of Jesus." Choose you this day: God breathed OR man rendered? Who will you believe God OR man?
God or Man? JW's, one by one, have been faced with this choice numerous times as they read and study through the voluminous WT materials that are required reading. Are they going to Believe God or Believe
Man?
In addition to the two verses above, compare the God Breathed side of the KIT with the Man rendered side at John 1:1, Acts 20:28, John8:58, Revelation 5:10, Titus 2:13, 2 Peter 1:1 and John 20:28. Each and every time JW's are confronted with this choice: Are you going to believe God or Man? They answer: MAN?
