WHY REDUCE THE NUMBER OF ISSUES PRINTED EACH YEAR?

WHY INCOME IS IMPORTANT. Witnesses appear to increase in poorer nations where personal computers, smartphones and other devices cost more and internet access is problematic. WT increases are offset by little or no increase in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia and Japan where income is high and most people own computers, etc. and have reliable internet access.

WHY COMPUTERS AND INTERNET ACCESS IS IMPORTANT. The world is changing with new technology. The internet has been a challenge for the JWs who knock on doors globally BUT seek to isolate its members from outside information as much as possible. Former members organize online to bring reform and shed a BRIGHT LIGHT on doctrinal inconsistencies, false prophecies and the many government investigations into policies relating to sexual assault. THE WATCH TOWER CAN NO LONGER HIDE FROM THE WORLD.

Two-thirds of people in the USA who said they were raised JWs   now no longer identify as JWs. Yet each year, the Watch Tower baptizes roughly the same number of converts as the number that profess to stop identifying as JWs.

No Wonder the WT Pushes the Door-to-Door Work. They must replace those that stop Identifying as JWs.
