CHILDREN IN A WT FAMILY.
Two things that you should absolutely consider as you decide whether to
continue this relationship. The first involves children of a marriage between a
JW and a non-JW. Problems initially arise when the JW parent is adamant (other
words that come to mind are unyielding, inflexible, obstinate) that the child
be raised as a Witness and the non-JW parent does not agree. A web site that will

Since the Watchtower teaches that non-Jehovah's Witnesses will be destroyed and that contact with non-Jehovah's Witness peers can lead to spiritual death, there is constant pressure to train children in the teachings of the Watchtower in order to get them to be baptized in the religion as soon as possible. Jehovah's Witnesses children are constantly ridiculed by non-Jehovah's Witness classmates because they are not allowed to: Salute the flag, associate extensively with non-Jehovah's Witness peers, participate in any holiday activities, nor be active in extra-curricular activities (like band, sports, etc.) if such activities prevent them from attending meetings at the Kingdom Hall during the week. Thus, there is very little time where Jehovah's Witness children are allowed to just be kids.
PEDOPHILIA AND THE WT. The second area involves pedophilia and its cover-up in the Watchtower organization. I have talked to JW’s about this and their response is typically: “I asked an elder, ‘Does the organization have a pedophilia problem? The elder says, “No.”’ End of conversation. FEAR OF THE INFLUENCE OF SATAN IN THE HOME: The Watchtower teaches that all non-Jehovah’s Witnesses will be destroyed in the future battle of Armageddon and that anyone who does not submit to the authority of the Watchtower falls under the influence of Satan (as I mentioned before). So, even if your boyfriend is not practicing his religion, his loyalty and trust in the Watchtower organization and those associated with it, will be greater than it will ever be to you as his wife because you are (according to their teachings) influenced by Satan.
